All VSP Members (who are also Medtronic retirees) are entitled to Events and Benefits as listed in Table 1 below. Significant Others are invited to most VSP Events.

All Medtronic retirees (VSP Membership NOT required) are offered Medtronic Benefits listed in Table 2 below.

Other Medtronic Retiree Health Related Considerations
    Wellness Screenings - Only retirees who elected “Total Health” in their COBRA benefit are able to participate in the Medtronic Wellness Screenings.
Vaccinations - Retirees are asked to get their vaccinations at their local clinic or places like Target/CUB. Medtronic employees and spouses consume the capacity for vaccinations at Medtronic facilities.
    Donating Blood - Retiree blood donation can be accomplished at the Red Cross blood drives at Medtronic facilities. Also, retirees may volunteer in the administration of the blood drive. Watch the VSP Newsletter for dates and locations.
